Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Returns are accepted only for unused and undamaged products.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance may not be eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will arrange pickup within 48 hours (available in most locations).

  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Mode

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on your preference.
